4. Project Workflow
Just like our Zoho CRM engagements, every project follows a clear, staged process from kickoff to delivery. For example, the following outlines how a typical engagement moves forward:
Proposal Accepted -> Kickoff & Discovery -> Design / Development -> Client Review -> Revisions -> Final Delivery -> Support & Handover
Delays in client feedback, approvals, or access to required systems may extend project timelines accordingly.
5. Fees & Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final, agreed-upon deliverables (e.g. website designs, custom code, or CRM configurations built specifically for you) transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Cube Creations retains the right to:
- Reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement
- Showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies, unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise
- Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or proprietary code libraries used in delivery
7. Third-Party Services & Platforms
Some engagements involve configuring or integrating third-party platforms (such as CRM, hosting, or payment systems). We are not responsible for the pricing, uptime, policy changes, or service interruptions of any third-party platform – your relationship with that provider is governed by its own terms.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets the specifications agreed upon in each engagement. However, our services and deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in a signed service agreement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as revenue growth or lead volume, as these depend on factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cube Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees for work completed up to the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
